Reactor School teaches entrepreneurship and builds startup ecosystems, from Singapore, since 2012. It runs programmes for secondary schools, universities, corporates and government agencies, and works with startups directly on venture building: paying customers, overseas expansion, funding. By the school’s own count, more than 70 universities and 200 experts, trainers and mentors are in its network.
The firm is Reactor’s associate for the European Union. The mandate: localise a programme proven in Asia for European institutions, and build the alliances with schools and universities that carry it. The method Reactor teaches is effectual, reasoning from what is actually at hand, and it travels well because it is not tied to one market’s playbook.
Mandate
- Associate for the EU, held by Pierre Blanquett
- Localisation of the programme for European institutions
- Alliances with schools and universities across Europe
- Representation of the school at its European events

Outcome
A European ecosystem of students and educators equipped with the same resilient entrepreneurial mindset the school built in Singapore. The engagement is ongoing.
